Joshua joined the company back in 2016 as an apprentice. Since then, Joshua has held many positions in the company, until October 2023 when he bought the company from the previous owners. Outside of work, Joshua enjoys watching a variety of sports, and completing the renovation of his house.
Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending time with his family, or looking after his dogs, cat, chickens, and ducks. Nick is also a trustee at the Dean Heritage Centre.
Paul joined Dock Solutions back in 2008. Outside of work, Paul can be found on the golf course, where he is a member of a local club. He also is a keen supporter of Cheltenham Town Football Club
Mark is a true Manchester United fan. If he isn’t watching his favorite team on the TV, he is out in the garden with his young son, hoping he’ll become the next Beckham.
In her spare time, Tracy enjoys going away on holiday and spending quality time with family. Tracy has also completed a number of charity walks, raising funds for dementia and prostate cancer.
Ian has over 20 years of industry experience, starting out manufacturing GRP crash doors. When not at work, Ian enjoys being out on his mountain bike, running or walking his dog. Being an engineer by trade, Ian also enjoys completing DIY tasks around his house
Most of Louise’s spare time is spent with her young son or socializing with friends over a wine (or two). Louise also spends time as part of a local choir.
Chris is a keen Gloucester rugby supporter. During matchdays, he will be found working as a senior steward. Away from the rugby, Chris likes to spend time gardening, and is currently in the process of setting up a workshop in his garden shed for woodworking projects.
While not at work, Sarah is busy watching her two young children play football and cricket. As a family they enjoy watching football together, even though there is some ‘friendly’ rivalry.
Pete has over 25 years of industry related manufacturing experience. Outside of work, Pete likes to spend time coaching the U13’s side at his local rugby club, Cinderford RFC
Outside of work, Simon is currently converting a van into a new camper. He also enjoys spending his weekend with his young family, which includes going on many holidays abroad.
Mick has been in the industrial door industry for over 20 years, starting out as an engineer. Outside of work, Mick enjoys watching and coaching a football team, and enjoys spending time with his wife and family.
Debbie joined in the company in 2024, after working for several national main contractors. In her spare time, she enjoys walking her dog (Aggie), spending time with her family and reading.
Calum, joined the projects team in August 2025. When he isn’t at work you will likely find him out walking his dog, at a music festival or spending time with his friends & family.
Originally from New Zealand, I moved to the UK after a rugby contract and have since built a career and family here. I hold a degree in Industrial Design and have spent the past 13 years working in the UK construction industry. My work focuses on leading design teams and developing smart, parametric solutions within Revit. Outside of work, I’m passionate about rugby, the gym, and running. I now live with my wife and our three kids, balancing family life with my love of sport and design.
